This concept allows the immediate implantation of the totally edentulous patient. A long-term temporary bridge is made and fixed onto implants the same day as implant placement. They serve as restorations until the implants are completely osseointegrated.

Patients who have been edentulous for a long time suffer from bone resorption and lack sufficient bone to place implants in ideal locations. ASTRA TECH Implant System offers angulated implants, allowing implants to be placed in positions ideal for restorations.
The All-on-4 and All-on-6 Implant technique can be performed in the upper and lower jaws.
The upper jaw is set six implants while the bottom four implants.
