This system is based on the installation of four to six implants in the upper or lower jawbone to which, with the use of special structures and cylinders, a so-called ˝Toronto bridge˝ is affixed with screws on the same day, i.e. up to 36 hours after the installation of the implants. This system allows for the evasion of those anatomical structures that usually represent an obstacle to the installation of implants, i.e. allows for the installation of implants without the use of more invasive interventions such as sinus lift surgery or bone grafting. Permanent installations are made from acrylic, metal ceramic or zirconium ceramic with the use of the CAD-CAM system. The advantages of this method are numerous. For patients, the most important thing is that a toothless jaw is equipped with fixed teeth within a single day, that the often expensive and complicated procedure of sinus lift surgery is avoided, and that post-operative complications and pain are both kept to a minimum. To conclude, this is an ultra-modern, high-tech procedure that allows us to achieve first-class aesthetic and functional results within a very short time frame of approximately twelve hours.
